guten abend :)
ich möchte zunächst auf einen netten artikel in der stuz, unser regionales hochschulmagazin, hinweisen. es gab im vorfeld ein entspanntes treffen (danke an susan und matze) mit thang von electru.de, kacper von the modern gentleman sowie jannis von netzfeuilleton, gar nicht überraschenderweise zum thema blogs: wieso, weshalb und trallala. den artikel könnt ihr hier lesen.

switching to what i believe most people understand: may i present my fabulous new tweed-esque dress. i have recently developed a radar for clothing that is appropriate for my main job at the office. how can you combine serious, demure AND cute? this dress is the answer!




when i am strutting my stuff in this superb dress, i really think this track should accompany my every move. may as well!

marilyn monroe inspired me years ago to the perfect winter uniform. opaque tights + long jumpers. add a pair of warm knickers and thigh-high boots, and off we go!

heyhey girliegirls!
for no particular reason: a great song about a french suffix. i love charlotte, but the way she's sat there on stage in the vid looks a little uneasy to me.

may i also present my first ever evans piece of clothing. i have been wanting a black casual jumpsuit forever, one that i can dress up if necessary. i have had it for a few weeks now, but it's a little too cold now for a slouchy jersey jumpsuit. sad face.

cathy davey - little red

i feel a little bad for spamming you with the divine comedy, but i cannot help it. i only recently purchased the new album (bang goes the knighthood - AWESOME!). and it's come to a point where i keep looking up all things neil hannon. i completely missed the fact that he split up with his wife. funnily though, he is dating his current support act: cathy davey (mind you, i read this on wikipedia). she has a very sweet voice and apparently (yes, wikipedia...) she is very big in ireland. her music is really growing on me (not just because she is dating one of my favourite singer-songwriters ever, alright!).


so, here's an unorderly account of recent purchases that i love love love.

1. the panda hat from c+a. a bit of trivia for you: the first day i wore this hat, a bird shat on it. for the first time in my entire life, it rained birdpoo on me. it was one of the most disgusting things i can imagine. me and my friend julia were close to gagging when i washed it out of my hat and my hair. i apologise if you find this disturbing :)
2. the band shirt. someone was asking for a picture of it, so here it is. i feel a bit butch wearing normal tshirts, but i had to have it.
3. the dotted shirt from h+m. i saw it in the sales and it made me smile.
